When I was really working out (oh, for about a month or two), I combined copious amounts of water (see, I can use that word, too) with plenty of aerobic exercise. Guess what that gets a girl who's already bleeding? Only about a gallon and a half of flow in about five minutes on the treadmill.<BR/><BR/>Now I just don't exercise when it's that time. Heh. And I'm careful how much water I drink, because really hydrating makes me gush.
